My favorite breakfast lately is a hard boiled egg.
Mash it up in a bowl with a few other things:
- a scoop of cottage cheese about the size of the egg
- about an eighth a cup of hemp hearts
- a tablespoon or so of coconut oil
- a splash of homemade habanero hot sause
I’m going for that high fat protein keto thing. I’ve never really been into diets, but I became excited when I heard this one includes fatty meaty stuff! And these are some of my favorite things.
