cold therapy
I tried cold body therapy today. It was cold but the results were amazing!
I used the cold shower method. The trick is deep breathing which distracts you from bolting from the shower lol. Like jumping into a cool swimming hole, it’s a little shocking. Keep deep breathing and it becomes refreshing.
I thought I would just be numb afterwards, but I felt really calm and focused. It felt like drinking a cold glass of water on a hot day except on the outside of your body.
I’m going to keep it up. The focus part is really good for me. There are other benefits as well.
